CANCELLATION POLICY
Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. To respect both my time and other clients seeking appointments, I kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling. A valid credit or debit card is required to reserve all appointments. Your card will not be charged at the time of booking and will only be charged in accordance with this cancellation policy. Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will be charged 50% of the scheduled service amount. No-show appointments will be charged 50% of the scheduled service amount. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule and may be subject to the cancellation fee. Any cancellation or no-show fees must be paid in full before future appointments can be scheduled. I understand that emergencies and unexpected situations can arise. Exceptions may be made at the provider's discretion. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
